These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Samis Enterprises LLC, doing business as Lifeform ("we", "us", "our"). The Modern Rich is a Lifeform product. By purchasing The Modern Rich or using this website you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not purchase if doing so is prohibited where you live.
The Modern Rich is a done-for-you digital asset and content system, together with training and supporting materials. We build and deliver the components described on the order page. You bring your own traffic and build your own brand and audience. What you receive is a toolset and services — not a job, an investment, a security, or a franchise, and not a promise of income.
When you purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Modern Rich materials, templates and training for your own business. You may not resell, share, sublicense, or redistribute the materials themselves, use them to build a competing product, or share your account or member access with others. We and our licensors keep all ownership of the materials.

We do not guarantee that you will earn any money. Results depend on your effort, the traffic you generate, your market, and factors outside anyone's control. Figures shown in our marketing are not typical. See the Earnings Disclaimer, which is part of these Terms.
Your digital asset operates on third-party platforms (such as social networks) that we do not control. Their rules, algorithms and availability can change at any time, and we are not responsible for their actions, including account restrictions or content removal.
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase or to income you earn using the product.
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
THE PRODUCT AND THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE PRODUCT OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits; where that is the case, they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the product, your marketing and content, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms (including the acceptable-use rules) and, where the breach can be fixed, you fail to fix it after notice. You may stop using the product at any time. Sections 3, 5, 9, 10, 11, 13 and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the product, or your purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will be seated in Clark County, Nevada, and may be conducted by telephone, video conference, or written submissions where the AAA rules allow. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver. All disputes are resolved on an individual basis only. Neither you nor we may bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Small claims carve-out. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for that court.
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will not apply retroactively to a purchase you already made.
