This Privacy Policy describes how Samis Enterprises LLC, doing business as Lifeform ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit this website or purchase The Modern Rich. The Modern Rich is a Lifeform product.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or purchase our products. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing with Meta and TikTok for advertising may qualify as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law — see section 8 for how to opt out.

A consent banner asks for your choice on your first visit. You can change your mind any time via the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, tax or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which we process it, and the applicable legal requirements.
In some circumstances we may anonymise personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case we may retain and use that information for legitimate business purposes without further notice to you. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time — see the rights sections below.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on these bases:
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email support@lifeform.io with the subject line "Privacy request". We will respond within one month. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
In the last 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial information (purchases), and internet activity (pages viewed, interactions). We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" identifiers and internet activity with Meta and TikTok for cross-context behavioral advertising, but only after you accept advertising cookies.
We do not sell "covered information" as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit an opt-out request for any future sale by emailing support@lifeform.io with subject "Nevada opt-out".
We collect, use and disclose personal information with your consent or as permitted by law. You may request access to or correction of your personal information by emailing support@lifeform.io. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
We are based in the United States. If you are in the EU or UK, your personal information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. We work with service providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for these transfers — including standard contractual clauses where applicable — among them Stripe, PayPal, GoHighLevel, and FirstPromoter. You can ask about the safeguards that apply to your information at support@lifeform.io.
Payments are handled by Stripe and PayPal over encrypted connections; we never store card numbers. Our own records are stored with access controls, and we limit what each service receives to what it needs to do its job.
If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where required, notify you by email or a site notice.
