These terms supplement — they do not replace — the signed affiliate agreement between you and Samis Enterprises LLC. If anything on this page conflicts with your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Our affiliate program has one tier. You earn a commission on sales you refer directly, and on nothing else. There is no downline, no override on other affiliates' sales, and no compensation of any kind for recruiting other affiliates. Affiliates promote the same offer they themselves purchased.
fpr parameter.When a visitor arrives through your link, their browser stores your referral for 365 days on a last-touch basis: the affiliate whose link the buyer clicked most recently before purchasing gets the commission. If the buyer later clicks another affiliate's link, that newer referral replaces yours and its own 365-day window starts. A purchase made after the window has lapsed, or on a device or browser where your referral was never stored (or was replaced), is not attributable to you.
If a sale you referred is refunded or charged back, the commission on that sale is reversed. The 30-day hold in section 4 exists so this normally happens before payout; if a reversal lands after a commission was already paid, we may deduct it from your next payout or request repayment.
You must follow the Affiliate & Endorsement Disclosure requirements in every promotion, including clear and conspicuous disclosure of your affiliate relationship, no unsubstantiated income claims, no promises or implications of guaranteed earnings, no fabricated scarcity or urgency, and no impersonation of Lifeform, The Modern Rich, or our team.
Our brand names are off-limits in paid advertising. "Our brands" means Lifeform, The Modern Rich, and Modern Wealth — plus any other brand or product name we own, now or in the future, whether or not it is listed here. Specifically, you may not:
Breaking this rule is grounds for immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
We may remove you from the program and cancel unpaid commissions if you violate these terms or your signed agreement, including: deceptive or unlawful marketing, bidding on our brands in paid ads (section 6), self-referral or other fraudulent orders, cookie stuffing or forced clicks, spam, or conduct that harms The Modern Rich or Lifeform brands. Either party may otherwise end participation at any time; commissions properly earned before termination (and past the refund window) are still paid.
