Affiliate & Endorsement Disclosure
Last updated: August 15, 2026
Part 1 — Rules our affiliates must follow
The Modern Rich affiliates are independent customers who earn a commission when someone
buys through their referral link. Every affiliate must follow the FTC Endorsement Guides
(16 CFR Part 255) and these rules in every post, video, email, or other
promotion:
- Disclose the relationship, clearly and conspicuously. Say that you
earn a commission if someone buys through your link — in words people actually
understand (e.g., "I earn a commission if you buy through my link"), placed where
viewers will see it before they click, not buried in a bio, a hashtag pile,
or below the fold. On video, say it out loud or show it on screen; in a post, put it
near the link.
- No income claims without substantiation. Do not state or imply
earnings ("make $500/day") unless the claim is truthful, typical for the people
you're addressing, and you can back it up with evidence. Your own results must be
described honestly and as your own.
- Never imply earnings are guaranteed. No "guaranteed income", "can't
fail", "passive money while you sleep" framing.
- No fake scarcity or urgency. Do not invent deadlines, "only 3 spots
left" claims, or price increases that are not real.
- No impersonation. Do not present yourself as Lifeform, The Modern Rich,
or our employees, and do not copy our pages in a way that suggests your content is
ours.
- Honest experience only. Only describe the product as a user if you
actually are one; affiliates promote the same offer they purchased.
- No bidding on our brands in paid ads. Do not bid on
Lifeform, The Modern Rich, Modern Wealth,
or any other brand or product name we own — including misspellings, variations, and
brand-plus-word combinations like "The Modern Rich reviews" or "Lifeform discount" — on
Google, Meta, TikTok, Bing, YouTube, or any other platform. Do not use our brand
names in ad headlines, display URLs, or visible link text, and do not register
domains containing them. Full details are in the
Affiliate Program Terms; breaking this rule
means immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
Violations are grounds for removal from the program and cancellation of unpaid
commissions under the Affiliate Program Terms.
Part 2 — What buyers should know
- If you arrived here through an affiliate's link, that person earns a commission on
your purchase. You do not pay more — the commission comes out of our
revenue.
- Attribution works through a code in the link (
fpr) stored in your
browser for 365 days. The first affiliate whose link you clicked is credited.
- Our affiliates are customers, not employees, and their statements are their own.
We require the disclosures above, but we cannot review every post.
- Some testimonials on our site come from customers who are also affiliates and may
earn commissions on referrals. Dollar amounts in testimonials are individual results,
not typical — see the Earnings Disclaimer.
