Order bumps purchased with the main product are covered by the same guarantee, and refunds are issued in full, in the currency you paid.
Every request is reviewed individually by a real person — there is no automated decision and no fixed script. Depending on your situation, we may first offer to help you get unstuck: extra support, coaching, a call with a team member, or a replacement. Many problems turn out to be fixable, and we would rather fix yours than see you go.
That said, the guarantee means what it says: if you consider what we offer and still want your money back within the 30-day window, we will issue your refund. Once issued, it goes to your original payment method — card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days and PayPal refunds within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
When a refund is issued, your license under the Terms of Service ends and your access to the product, materials and community is removed.
If your purchase was referred by an affiliate, the affiliate's commission on that purchase is reversed when the refund is issued. Affiliate commissions are held for 30 days before payout — matching this refund window — so a refunded sale's commission is recovered before it is ever paid out.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can almost always resolve the issue faster than a dispute, and we honor this policy as written. Chargebacks filed on orders eligible for a refund under this policy will be contested with our records of the purchase and consent.
